I have worked for the majority of my life in the helping professions.  I have worked in mental health, disability, with the aged and the dying.  Throughout my life journey I have come to have a deep appreciation of the human spirit and its capacity for growth and development. I understand that we are all unique in our response to the challenges that we face and I work towards creating a supportive and safe environment that allows exploration of what is happening. Through this process, awareness deepens and the possibility and opportunity for change can occur.

Gestalt Therapy has shown me that co-creation through an authentic connection with another is life changing. It is with this connection that an awareness emerges resulting in new choices, bringing an aliveness that is transformational.
Empathy, sensitivity, and compassion are the personal qualities I bring into the therapeutic setting. I encourage an openness to explore life and a curiosity to express what can be challenging.
My passion is working with life transitions, particularly in personal relationships and areas of self worth.
