Our therapists are totally affordable,

Fees range from $30-$50 an hour for an Intern, and $50-$80 for a fully qualified graduate.

Our faculty are also available for sessions, for people who would prefer to pay a bit extra to work with highly experienced practitioners. These profiles can be found on our: ‘About’, drop down page.

  • Karolina Krysinska
    Karolina Krysinska Intern Therapist

    I have a PhD and MA in psychology, and 25 years of professional experience in the field of mental health.

    My interest in Gestalt psychotherapy reflects my passion for deeper understanding of human relationships, every-day resilience, and creativity.

    I am interested in working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

    What I love about Gestalt is the holistic approach of seeing a person as a whole: mind, body and environment. I have a passion for experiential body work and collaborative creativity, so therapy can be much more than just talking. I enjoy the richness of difference and uniqueness within each of us, along with the wish for each of us to be both seen and heard.

    Working with adult individuals and couples, I show care and sensitivity with the many issues clients bring. These include grief, loss, anxiety, the building of self-confidence, trauma, sexuality, relationships, major life changes, and much more.
    My qualifications: Master of Science (Gestalt Psychotherapy), Clinical Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy (Metanoia), and Bachelor of Science (Computing Science). Memberships: GANZ Reg., PACFA Reg. Provisional.

    I have a Diploma in Counselling and a Graduate Certificate in Gestalt Therapy. I have over 20 years’ experience working in corporate, high pressure sales environments including training & coaching.I believe we all have the skills to deal with the majority of problems that life gives us, but every so often we reach a point where we feel lost or ill-equipped to cope and do not know where to turn to.

    I have an interest in working with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationship difficulties, sexual identity and same sex relationships, and workplace counselling.

    My emphasis is on creating a safe and trusting environment that helps my clients to identify and understand their individual needs, name and shift their general blocks and experience positive changes.

    Hi Im Mike. I hold a Master of Gestalt therapy and an AdvDip Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy. I work with individuals, couples & Groups. I have also worked as a telephone counsellor and supervisor at Lifeline and I am currently assistant manager of the Blue Knot Foundation Helpline. I enjoy group work in a range of contexts, with particular interest in how groups can support individuals to explore and raise awareness of self in relation to others.
