We believe quality therapy should be affordable & accessible to everyone.

Our session fees are means tested, ranging from $30 to $80 per session.

Our therapists range from students in training, recent graduates to experienced.

We appreciate that sometimes it can take more than 10 sessions to get the results you want, as such, there is no limit to the number of sessions you can have.

    I have worked for the majority of my life in the helping professions.  I have worked in mental health, disability, with the aged and the dying.  Throughout my life journey I have come to have a deep appreciation of the human spirit and its capacity for growth and development. I understand that we are all unique in our response to the challenges that we face and I work towards creating a supportive and safe environment that allows exploration of what is happening. Through this process, awareness deepens and the possibility and opportunity for change can occur.

    I have been a corporate manager for over 15 years and understand the pressures and stress related to this sector.

    I can provide support in particular with anxiety, relationships and work place burn out.  Throughout our lives we all deal with our own personal challenges and by providing a safe, empathetic and nurturing environment I encourage authentic honesty to bring about positive change.

    My personal experience of the transformative power of psychotherapy inspired me to spend over 10 years training in different psychotherapeutic approaches.  I am a qualified Gestalt and Psychodynamic psychotherapist and I hold a degree of Master of Applied Psychotherapy from UTS.   I have advanced clinical skills from over 17 years of experience in helping people to reduce psychological suffering and to deal with difficulties in living.  My particular expertise is treatment of psychological trauma, anxiety and depression. I am passionate, both personally and professionally, about movement from negative effects of traumatic experiences towards living up to one’s human potential.

    I have experience working with couples, families and individuals struggling with substance and process addictions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues and with trauma.
    I am passionate about creating a safe therapeutic relationship and environment to facilitate awareness and growth.

    I have a graduate Diploma of Counselling and a passion for supporting people.

    With over 25 years experience of working with people with chronic and terminal health conditions and their families, I have seen how important it is to explore the challenges and opportunities that come with loss: loss of physical and mental health, loss of a loved one, loss of a sense of self, loss of a relationship and loss of employment. I know that in a safe and supportive environment it is possible to learn new ways of being, through exploration, awareness and connection.

I am passionate about supporting individuals in developing their own resilient spirits, healthier relationships and more choice through greater self-awareness.

I have over 20 years’ experience working in corporate, high pressure sales environments including training & coaching.I believe we all have the skills to deal with the majority of problems that life gives us, but every so often we reach a point where we feel lost or ill-equipped to cope and do not know where to turn to.

    I have an interest in working with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationship difficulties, sexual identity and same sex relationships, and workplace counselling.

    I have a Bachelor of  Counselling and I am a certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher.

    My passion is working with families who are coping with  grief and loss.

    In addition, I have experience in working with stress-related issues including anxiety, depression, pre and post-divorce counselling.

    By using Gestalt therapy and mindfulness techniques I provide a safe and supportive environment that allows the individual to remain grounded into the here and now and to connect to their authenticity.
