Event Details

Experience connection within a therapeutic setting.
Group work is a rich and deeply rewarding experience for anyone wanting to understand who they are and how they feel in relationship. The group meets weekly over 12 weeks using a Gestalt approach.  The Gestalt aim is to uncover patterns that may still be active and affecting your present-day life. Together we support you to find new more creative ways to resolve problems that you may be facing.
This is a closed group for those wanting to explore personal growth and development. It’s an opportunity to look at patterns that emerge in our relationships with our friends, our family, our colleagues and also ourselves.
Learn how to better communicate what you need in relationships and your professional life. We work as a circle of peers, supporting and encouraging one another in discovering new ways of relating.
Welcoming different personalities and life experiences offer a fresh approach to a personal struggle.
Each week we’ll navigate individual experiences, as well as explore the interrelationships of the group. There will be personal and group therapeutic processes.
This working group is conducted by trained therapists who help you see more clearly, how you are a part of it and find new solutions to difficulties.
Strictly limited numbers. For more details call 9954-4848 or visit our website.
