  • Carmel Catanuto
    Carmel Catanuto Graduate Therapist

Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Art Therapy and a Diploma in Counselling.

Gestalt Therapy has shown me that co-creation through an authentic connection with another is life changing. It is with this connection that an awareness emerges resulting in new choices, bringing an aliveness that is transformational.
Empathy, sensitivity, and compassion are the personal qualities I bring into the therapeutic setting. I encourage an openness to explore life and a curiosity to express what can be challenging.
My passion is working with life transitions, particularly in personal relationships and areas of self worth.
